Donghai Bridge is the China’s ﬁrst long length cross-sea bridge. During construction of pier foundations of Kezhushan Bridge, a part of the Donghai Bridge, the steel casings of 3.2m dia. with full length were picked and driven by piling barge directly for marine bored pile.
This method was adopted ﬁrst time in bridge construction and the scale of temporary platform was then cut down signiﬁcantly.
A China’s largest piling barge with a piling rig higher than 90m was
imported and deployed for this great project.

Hangzhou Bay Bridge – Marine Piling Works, Zhejiang, PRC

Hangzhou Bay Bridge is the longest cross-sea bridge in China. Equipped with DGPS system, about 1,000 nos. of marine steel pipe piles of 1.6m dia.
and 85m long were picked and driven by piling barge for the foundation of piers and sightseeing platform.

Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge, an important component of Shanghai Chongming River-crossing Project, is the ﬁrst cross-Yangtze River bridge in Shanghai.
The marine piling work for the foundation
